Just quick reminder that a tiny portion of IF (yours truly) will be in NYC this weekend. I’m heading out tomorrow to attend the American Illustrator’s annual release party. It’s a killer time, and I’m ecstatic to attend the event after a 3 year absence. The finger food table won’t know what hit it.

Once again, the event will be held at 172 Norfolk Street (between E. Houston and Stanton Street) on NYC’s lower east side. Starts at 7, Thursday evening. It’s a great chance to meet the bigwigs in the industry (art directors, art reps, and of course an enormous amount of ridiculously talented artists), and it’s always fun to get inspired by both the illustration and the amazing photography on display.

If you can’t make it, don’t worry, I’ll post plenty of pics.
