many of them immigrants or overseas
many of them with no-talent using computers
is this our industry is coming to
a flood of people clogging it up?

Sorry if I am seeing this a bit late. I'm new here so bear with me. I hate those websites where you have to bid on projects. 500 artists and one job and yes most of the artists are pretty bad which leaves the few who are talented to battle it out to try and impress the buyer.
