What you need:
An illustration of your interpretation of the topic.
A site to upload it to.
A 50x50 pixel thumbnail of your illustration.
If you need a web page, we recommend you start a free
blog or image site, like those at wordpress.com
or flickr.
They are free and easy to set up.
When you complete your illustration of the topic, also
create a 50x50 pixel thumbnail. Post your full illustration
to your webpage. Then come to the Illustration Friday
site and enter your link and upload your thumbnail. Make
sure to have your thumbnail ready. Make sure your thumbnail is under 12k
by saving for web, rather than just saving as.
Topics are posted each Friday. Sign up for the once-weekly annoucement
email to have the topic sent directly to your in-box
(see the front page to sign up).
Or simply check here at Illustration Friday for the topic.

without scrolling to look for it as your site updates and changes. Links that do not lead
to a page or image for that week's topic may be deleted.
